Project Brief

Our client wanted to transform their existing kitchen into a much more sociable and functional living space perfect for daily life family gatherings and entertaining. Following the design brief to the letter we created a kitchen extension that not only expanded usable space but enhanced the overall quality of living.

Lighting and Orientation

Challenges This north facing room presented a unique lighting challenge. We designed and installed lighting solutions that brought light into the space in a natural and welcoming way making the kitchen extension feel bright and open throughout the day.

Structurally Complex Build

One of the standout engineering achievements of this project was the installation of an 850kg structural steel support. This breakthrough was critical to opening up the internal layout and required precision engineering and expertise to deliver safely and effectively. Access and Logistics With tight site access the build demanded careful planning of deliveries material storage and working zones to maintain safety and keep the project running smoothly without disruption.
