We were honoured to be invited to tender for the prestigious Windy Ridge project, a truly exciting opportunity presented to us by a respected local architect. With a meticulously crafted design at the core of this project, we embraced the challenge of bringing it to life. From the outset, we worked hand-in-hand with the clients, ensuring their vision was carefully understood and respected at every stage.
The clients, Paul and Lucie, based in the heart of Essex, sought a builder who realise their vision. Trust was a key factor in their decision-making process, and we made it our priority to instil confidence throughout by delivering exceptional results. We ensured that the entire process was seamless from start to finish, completing the project on time, within the agreed budget, and without any significant disruptions.
Our Process
Our involvement in the Windy Ridge project was comprehensive, covering a wide range of construction, renovation, and landscaping services. We began by carrying out a two-story side extension to create a spacious additional bedroom and a large, modern family bathroom. This extension was designed to blend seamlessly with the existing structure, maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the home.
In addition to the bedroom and bathroom, we embarked on an extensive kitchen extension, transforming the heart of the home into a more functional and inviting space for the family to enjoy. The kitchen became a central point of gathering, with its open design and contemporary features.
Our team also completed a top-to-bottom renovation of the entire property, including new wiring, heating systems, and windows. Externally, we installed a brand new driveway, constructed stunning flint walls, and undertook substantial retaining works. Our efforts were rounded out with a complete landscape package, turning the outdoor spaces into an extension of the home—beautiful, functional, and in harmony with the surrounding environment.
